Job description
Processor IReview full application and reports to confirm driver meets qualifications. Conduct, gather, and verify employment documents and experience, for past 3 years Collect and verify truck, trailer, and inspection documents. Communicate with drivers for missing documents or clarification and keep Recruiters updated on the status of each candidate. Set up drug screens and ensure results are reviewed and received. Coordinate with Safety (Leasing Group) to finalize the driver qualification file and move towards onboarding. Ensure all documents and files are copied from Tenstreet to Synergize. Accurately transfer and store candidate records to maintain compliance and proper documentation access. Maintain confidentiality and compliance with DOT and company regulations. Handle sensitive driver information securely and ethically throughout the process.QualificationsMust be a strong communicator – Comfortable interacting with drivers, employers, recruiters, safety teams, and internal departments.Must be confident with outbound calls – Proactively contacts previous employers for verification, drivers for missing documents, and internal teams for updates.Ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with strangers – Professional and confident in daily interactions with new people.Must be detail-oriented & organized – Ensures accurate document transfers and proper record-keeping.Previous experience in the trucking industry preferred.
