Job description

Beacon Hill is partnering with a Financial Services Firm in Manhattan to bring an experienced Procurement Consultant to their team on a contract basis. This role is responsible for purchase order processing, spot buys & low-value purchasing, supplier delivery monitoring, procurement reports & dashboards.
Key Responsabilities:
Assist with day-to-day procurement activities including requisitions, purchase orders (POs), and vendor communications
Maintain and update procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases
Resolve routine supplier issues by coordingating with internal teams and vendors
Respond to internal and external inquiries related to procurement documentation and contract status
Maintain accurate and organized procurement records and reports

4+ years of procurement experience.
