About ManoloAI
At ManoloAI, we're building the AI native procurement platform that will become the foundation for the next generation of enterprise ERP.
We believe AI shouldn't replace people. It should eliminate the repetitive work that prevents them from creating value. Every product we build starts with a simple philosophy: automate the work people hate and elevate the work only people can do.
We're looking for builders, not just employees.
People who are naturally curious. People who think from first principles. People who run toward difficult problems because they know that's where innovation happens.
Our team is made up of individuals who embrace ownership, challenge assumptions, and care deeply about building products that customers love. We believe the climb is just as rewarding as reaching the summit, and we're creating an environment where exceptional people can do the best work of their careers.
The Opportunity
As a Procurement Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll work directly with enterprise customers to understand their procurement operations, design AI powered solutions, and help shape the evolution of the ManoloAI platform.
This is a hybrid role that combines procurement expertise, product thinking, solution design, and customer engagement. You'll bridge the gap between customer challenges and engineering execution, ensuring the products we build solve real business problems.
What You'll Do
Partner with enterprise customers to understand procurement processes and business objectives.
Translate customer challenges into product requirements and AI driven workflows.
Configure and validate procurement solutions during customer implementations.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and AI teams to define new capabilities.
Lead customer workshops, solution discovery sessions, and process mapping.
Identify opportunities to automate manual procurement activities using AI agents.
Validate new product features with customers and provide continuous feedback to engineering.
Become a trusted advisor on procurement transformation and AI adoption.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or enterprise procurement technology.
Experience with enterprise procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Procurement, Jaggaer, Ivalua, or similar solutions.
Strong understanding of source-to-pay and procure-to-pay processes.
Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
Ability to translate business problems into product opportunities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Who Thrives at ManoloAI
We're looking for people who are:
Curious and constantly learning.
Energized by solving difficult problems.
First-principles thinkers who challenge assumptions.
Owners who take initiative and drive outcomes.
Builders who enjoy creating products from the ground up.
Motivated by the climb as much as the summit.
Why Builders Join ManoloAI
Help build the future of AI native enterprise software.
Work directly with customers solving meaningful business challenges.
Influence product strategy and engineering decisions.
Collaborate with founders, engineers, and AI experts.
Shape how procurement will be transformed by AI.
