Job description
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee equipment and supplies procurement operations across multiple locations for a large, growing organization in the agriculture industry.
This position will be responsible for developing and leading a team of 4–6 employees, managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving purchasing efficiencies. Extensive nationwide travel is required initially, approximately 60–75% during the first six months, decreasing to approximately 30% once established.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience managing procurement operations across multiple locations.
