You'll be surrounded by an open, collaborative culture that embraces diversity, recognition, professional development and, most importantly, you.Are you ready to make your impact?What You'll DoMaintain and manage software license entitlements in ServiceNow SAMPro, ensuring accurate data and alignment with contractual terms.Monitor software usage, identify optimization opportunities, and provide insights to reduce cost and risk.Coordinate and support software vendor true-up exercises, including data validation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.Serve as a key point of contact for software license audits, compiling and providing necessary documentation and reports. Partner with IT, Finance, Legal, and business units to maintain compliance and support lifecycle management strategies.Process purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders (POs) for software titles, ensuring proper cost allocation and approval routing.Track and follow up on PR/PO approval workflows to prevent delays and ensure timely processing.Maintain up-to-date documentation for SAM processes, controls, and key procedures.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in software asset and procurement operations.We are committed to investing and supporting you in your professional development and we have developed a range of programs focused on fostering leadership, growth and development opportunities. You'll be assigned a dedicated coach to mentor, guide and support you through regular coaching sessions and serve as an advocate for your professional growth.???As you progress through your career at FTI Consulting, we offer tailored programs for critical professional milestones to ensure you are prepared and empowered to take on your next role.?What You Will Need to SucceedBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related field.3+ years of experience in Software Asset Management, IT Procurement, or a similar role.Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAMPro or comparable SAM tool (e.g., Flexera, Snow, Aspera).This role requires travel to clients and FTI offices.Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; this position does not provide visa sponsorship.Preferred QualificationsStrong understanding of software licensing models (e.g., user-based, device-based, subscription, perpetual).Working knowledge of software audit practices and compliance requirements.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.FTI Consulting is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, protected veteran status, religion, physical or mental disability, marital status, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, or any other basis protected by law, ordinance, or regulation.Compensation Minimum Pay: $65,000 Maximum Pay: $114,500 Compensation Disclosure : The compensation range reflects potential base salary for the role. Actual compensation is determined based on a wide array of relevant factors including market considerations, business needs, and an individual's location, skills, level of experience, and qualifications.
