Job Title: Procurement Specialist - Fleet and Travel

Pay rate: $30 /hour

Location: Cary, NC

Schedule: 40 hours/week - Hybrid(2 days in office - designated team meeting day required, currently Thursday).

Job description

Assist administration of company’s global internal fleet, travel and contract labor programs. Point of contact for internal customers related to all categories. Working with both suppliers and internal customers.

Additionally, not a travel agent, supporting global programs similar to Fleet Management, in the travel space.

Participate in building global program providing reports related to budgeting, scheduling, maintenance and fleet/travel/procurement progress globally.

Responsibilities:

Utilizing many partner portals supporting Travel and Fleet, Contract Labor globally

Analyzing reports on fleet, travel, and contract positions

Reconcile Fleet invoices

Identifying methods to decrease costs and improve efficiency

Being the main contact for internal customers: assisting in all aspects of fleet and travel management, inclusive of Procurement activities

Keep track of different processes and requests status, in all assigned categories.

Requirements

Microsoft Office (Pivot tables and D365 a plus)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to analyze data and identify trends that could impact efficiency

Good problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills

Exceptional organization, time management and multitasking abilities
