Job description
Hy-Vee, Inc. is seeking a Produce Department Manager to lead the produce area with a focus on freshness, quality, customer service, and team performance. You will set standards, build displays, train staff, and drive department profitability while ensuring proper inventory, pricing, and sanitation.
You'll recruit, hire, and develop team members, set weekly schedules, analyze sales trends, and coordinate with store leadership to meet goals. A strong leader with retail experience is preferred.
