Develop or co-develop project plans with other Producers and/or the Executive Producer

Oversee timelines, day-to-day deliverables, and communicate project statuses with teams & clients to ensure work is delivered on time/budget/scope and in line with creative briefs.

Provide weekly project status updates during production department meetings.

Ensure all work streams are executed at the highest level.

Help evaluate ideas based on feasibility, budget, timeline, materials, technology, fabrication, location, and operational requirements.

Occasionally travel for client meetings and on-site project management.

Stay organized within team-based management tools such as Figma, Notion, Google Drive, and resource tools.

What We’re Looking For

3-5+ years of experience managing projects and teams with a focus on integrated campaigns, brand systems, content & animation. Experience with retail and/or event design deliverables is a plus.

An excellent communicator with teams, clients, and vendors alike.

A collaborative team player that is highly motivated, proactive, and positive.

Ability to communicate effectively and work efficiently with remote team members.

Ability to work within team-based management tools such as Figma, Notion, Float.

Experience with Events and Activations a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with brand, retail, events, web, and non-traditional interactive media production as well as multidisciplinary projects and workflows
