We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join a pivotal Engineering Systems team. In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in coordinating day-to-day operations, streamlining workflows, and ensuring that the foundational builds, tests, and engineering systems run seamlessly for developers. Collaborate with leads and Product Managers to create user story stubs, tasks, and bugs, and actively scrub the backlog to clear stale work.

Schedule and prepare for meetings, including creating invites, agendas, pre-reads, and status questions.

Lead and run stand-ups, planning sessions, triage, office hours, and retrospectives, both live and asynchronously.

Ensure work items are consistently updated with decisions, owners, status, and next steps.

Maintain action logs, reminders, and workflows, diligently following up on blocked or at-risk work.

Represent features or workstreams in release forums, engaging with leads and Product Managers.

Review release queries, clear stale work, update fields, and confirm next actions for smooth deployments.

Consolidate changelog review posts, track feedback and open items, and confirm follow-up with feature owners.

Partner closely with Quality Assurance to coordinate validation/test plans, reproductions, regression tracking, and release dependencies.

Track critical-path work, validation dependencies, readiness signals, release risks, and unresolved bugs.

Coordinate dependencies, partner commitments, and technical initiatives across various teams, escalating decisions when necessary.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, product development, or as a producer.

Deep familiarity with project management tools such as ADO, Jira, or Confluence for task management, sprint planning, and pipeline documentation.
