PRMI is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer in Arvada, CO who will continue originating while building a high-performing team. The role combines personal production with leading a branch, leveraging a broad product set and access to a strong capital markets ecosystem.
You will recruit and mentor loan officers, guide the branch culture, and drive profitability as you grow the team. Excellent compensation includes base, commissions, and full benefits.
