Job description

You’re curious, energetic, and not built for routine. You thrive in fast-moving environments where priorities shift, and no two days look the same. You bring a broad marketing and communications skill set and enjoy moving quickly across projects without losing control of the details.

You work well with a wide range of people – from senior executives to frontline teams – and you’re comfortable influencing, coordinating, and collaborating across all levels. You’re at your best when juggling multiple priorities and turning complexity into clear execution.

Position purpose

At Clearbrook, you’ll lead and execute a broad range of marketing and communications programs for Argo Group and Farm Family. This includes broker engagement strategy, events, sponsorships, and brand activation initiatives.

This role is built for someone who doesn’t want to be boxed in. One day you may be working on sports sponsorship activations, the next you’re shaping broker strategy or analyzing performance results. As a Producer Marketing & Engagement Manager, you’ll sit at the center of marketing execution and broker engagement – where strategy meets delivery.

Track, measure, and report marketing ROI; ensure insights are embedded into decision-making across marketing and sales.

Translate data and analytics into actionable recommendations for leadership and cross-functional teams.

Assist with execution of strategic marketing plans for assigned broker partners to drive growth, engagement, and profitability.

Assist with coordinating across internal teams supporting broker relationships, ensuring alignment and consistent execution.

Collaborate with product line leadership and brokers to establish goals, growth targets, and financial objectives.

Manage broker incentive programs, including tracking performance, reporting results, and ensuring ROI.

Partner with carrier management, underwriting, and product teams to identify growth opportunities, geographic priorities, and engagement strategies.

Monitor broker performance against KPIs including premium growth, submissions, and quote-to-bind ratios.

Deliver quarterly performance reporting with insights, trends, and recommendations.

Key market management

Plan and lead broker meetings, product presentations, and strategic market engagements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with broker leadership and key stakeholders in assigned markets.

Develop market expertise across top broker offices to support business development and growth strategy.

Monitor market performance, premium trends, and broker activity; provide actionable insights to leadership.

Strategic initiatives

Partner with marketing and cross-functional teams on special projects that improve marketing effectiveness and operational performance.

Support process improvement and new initiative development that enhances broker engagement and execution efficiency.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field

5+ years in marketing or communications roles

3+ years in project or program management

Highly organized with strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
