Producer Services CoordinatorProvide world-class customer service to both internal and external customers through phone and written (e.g., e-mail) support. Partner with sales distribution & operational areas to support & resolve customer inquiries. Customer Phone Inquiry & Email Inquiry Processing include Appointment Status & Contracting Inquiries Agent Change & Maintenance Inquiries Commission Statement Requests, Payment Inquiries, & Adjustment Requests.
