Producer Services Coordinator / Full time / Max Bill Rate: ##### / Mark up %: 39% Job Description: Provide world-class customer service to both internal and external customers through phone and written (e.g., e-mail) support. Responsibilities: Partner with sales distribution & operational areas to support & resolve customer inquiries Producer Services partners include Sales Distribution, New Business, Policy Owner Services, & Customer Contact Center Customer Phone Inquiry & Email Inquiry Processing include Appointment Status & Contracting Inquiries Agent Change & Maintenance Inquiries Commission Statement Requests, Payment Inquiries, & Adjustment Requests. As well as, Customer Debit Balance Inquiries Provide customer contracting & commission tool training as needed Communicate with agents & their up-line as well as state & government regulatory departments via telephone & written correspondence Research & make contracting & commission corrections or updates as needed Participate in continuous improvement efforts promoting customer centricity Complies with all division policies & regulatory requirements Execution of duties will necessitate a firm understanding of a variety of company policies, industry initiatives, & legal guidelines Other duties as assigned • Qualifications/Experience level: High School Diploma 1 - 3 years experience in the financial services industry 1 - 3 years commission and/or contracting experience preferred Some knowledge of Life, Annuity, and Retirement products Customer Service experience is strongly preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft applications including Word and Excel Length of assignment: ASAP through 06/30/2022 Full or part-time work?: Full time Remote or in-office when they re-open?: Remote If the person will need to work in-office when they re-open, which office location?: No, virtual-only Preferred time zone: Any time zone (Must be able to work hours of operation 9am - 6pm EST)
