Job description
PRMI in Wilmington, NC is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to continue originating while building a team. You will keep your own deals and earn on your branch's production, with full processing, underwriting, closing and back-office support provided.
We offer a base salary plus commissions, a branch profit-based pay model, and a sign-on bonus. You will recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, helping grow the branch’s performance and P&L.
