Job description
PRMI is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to transition into a Producing Branch Manager role in Dayton, Ohio. You keep originating while we provide processing, underwriting, closing and back-office support to let you focus on production, recruiting and coaching.
You will lead the branch's culture, recruit and mentor loan officers, and grow the branch's P&L. Compensation includes a base salary of $80K–$220K plus commission; sign-on bonus; full medical, dental, vision, 401(k), HSA/FSA
