Job description
We are seeking a Product Analyst for a global chemical manufacturer. This position supports the commercial performance of chemical product lines through sales analysis, pricing forecasts, product planning, and coordination across sales, supply chain, technical, and business teams.
This is an opportunity for someone with chemical industry experience who enjoys turning business data into actionable insights and helping drive product profitability and growth.
Key Responsibilities
● Analyze product line performance, costs, and profitability to support business decisions.
● Develop sales and pricing projections for annual budgets and maintain accurate forecasts.
● Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports for commercial teams.
● Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and technical teams on market development, new sales opportunities, and product development.
● Participate in inventory reviews and sales and operations planning.
● Improve customer information management and cross-department processes using SharePoint Online and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
● Support market and competitor reviews, customer complaint resolution, and updates to product literature and marketing materials.
● Help standardize processes and drive continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.
Qualifications
● Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in fluoropolymers or a related industry.
● Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or marketing discipline preferred.
● Sales and/or technical experience is a plus.
● Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ERP systems.
● Ability to collaborate with international teams, including occasional meetings outside standard business hours.
● Willingness to participate in limited domestic and international travel.
