Location: Darien, WI
Pay Rate: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st and 2nd Shifts Available!

Requirements:
No previous manufacturing experience required-paid training provided
Carpentry, construction, woodworking, pallet building, or assembly experience is a plus
Ability to safely use hand tools, pneumatic nail guns, staple guns, and other air-powered tools
Basic tape measure skills preferred
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Ability to stand, walk, perform repetitive tasks, and lift/move wood products throughout the shift
Steel-toe work boots required
Job Duties:
Assemble custom wooden pallets, crates, skids, and shipping containers
Read production orders and build products according to customer specifications
Operate nail guns, staple guns, hammers, and other pneumatic tools safely
Measure materials using a tape measure to ensure accurate assembly
Build quality products while meeting production goals
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
Work independently and as part of a team
Cross-train in multiple production areas as needed
Perform additional manufacturing duties as assigned
