Job description
Job TitleKey Skills / Requirements:Strong manufacturing/production assembly experience.Advanced knowledge of product assembly, quality inspection, documentation, and manufacturing processes.Experience with MPs (Manufacturing Procedures) and WIs (Work Instructions).Ability to use measuring instruments, microscope, hand tools, and computer systems.Good knowledge of component identification and documentation requirements.1–2 years of leadership experience required; ability to lead/influence without direct authority.Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and initiative.High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.4–6 years related experience OR mastered Product Builder III skills for at least 6 months.Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 35 lbs.Must be flexible for overtime, including occasional Saturdays.2nd-shift onsite availability required.
