Job description
Affirm is seeking a Chief of Staff to the SVP of Product to scale the product leadership function and own external narrative. You will anchor leadership rhythms, partner on hiring and budget, and drive AI-enabled processes across the function.
You’ll work with cross-functional teams in Design, Engineering, and Analytics to craft a clear product vision and reduce decision latency, while ensuring high-quality execution and governance.
