Job description
Affirm is seeking a Chief of Staff to the SVP of Product to scale the Product leadership function and drive strategic bets such as AI enablement across the organization. You will anchor people problems, own external product narrative, and ensure high-quality execution with clear ownership and faster decision cycles.
You will design rhythms, co-own hiring and budget with HRBP and Finance, curate leadership communications, and prepare executive briefings.
