Become Product Consultant (m/f/d) - Messaging at Retarus.

What you'll do
As a technical partner to ouraccount managers, you will support the entire sales cycle and translatecomplex customer requirements into smart solutions that deliver realvalue.
You will support the sales teamwith in-depth technical expertise and ensure that our products areoptimally positioned in the market.
You will plan and lead customermeetings, workshops, and product demos, and represent Retarus at industryevents and trade shows.
You will answer technical andproposal-related inquiries from the sales team, particularly in thecontext of requests for proposals (RFPs).
You will develop precisesolution concepts and cost estimates, enabling us to create tailored,compelling proposals for our customers.
You will gather market andindustry trends from customer, sales, and community interactions andactively share them with the product team.
What you'll need
Completed vocational trainingor a degree in (business) computer science or a comparable qualification
Several years of professionalexperience in technical sales, presales, IT consulting, or IT support
In-depth technical knowledge ofIT infrastructures, cloud technologies, and IT security
Initial experience withmessaging, document processing, and API integrations is a plus
Strong communication,facilitation, and presentation skills
High degree of initiative, teamspirit, and a structured approach to work

Thisposition offers a salary between $100,000 and $120,000 annually. The finalsalary depends on experience and qualifications. We are happy to discuss thedetails and finalize a fair offer during the interview process.
