Product Converting OperatorWe are looking for hard-working individuals to start or continue their manufacturing careers with us. All experience levels are welcome! You bring the desire to work hard and be a good team player and we'll train you to do the job!What you can expect from Kodak:12 hour shift rotationTeamwork-focused environment with career advancement opportunitiesMarket competitive hourly pay and benefitsOn the job trainingAs a Product Converting Operator you will:Complete Operator training programsOperate a variety of Film converting and packaging equipmentRotate through various jobs as neededWork in Dark and Light room conditionsMaintain strict adherence to operational safety procedures and quality standardsThe Skills to be successful:High School Diploma – Some college or Associates Degree preferred but not required.Some manufacturing or technical experience preferred but not required.Good communication skills, both written and verbalDetail Oriented Team PlayerMust have reliable transportation that is available for any/all shift configurations.Ability to express oneself clearly, read job related material, write effectively, and comprehend a variety of work requests.Maintain a clean work area and always operate in a safe manner.Ability to obtain a powered industrial truck (fork truck) license at Kodak.Good Manual DexterityWilling and able to lift and move objects up to 40 poundsWilling to work overtime if needed or adjust work schedule based on business needs.Desire to continually improve oneself.Ability to work a rotating shift schedule if neededAbility to work in Dark Room conditions if neededEOE Policy Statement: All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status.
