Job description
We are seeking a Senior Analyst with experience in product cost accounting and manufacturing finance to support a large-scale medical manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on role supporting product costing, cost analysis, and financial reporting within a complex manufacturing environment.
nThe ideal candidate has experience working with product costs, standard costs, manufacturing variances, and cost analysis. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred, although candidates with strong product costing experience using another major ERP, such as Oracle, will also be considered.
nnnSupport product costing and standard cost processes
n
nnAnalyze product costs, manufacturing costs, and cost variances
n
nnAssist with standard cost updates and cost rollups
n
nnReview material, labor, and overhead costs
n
nnAnalyze manufacturing variances and identify cost drivers
n
nnSupport month-end close and related cost accounting activities
n
nnPartner with manufacturing, operations, and finance teams on costing questions
n
nnPrepare cost analysis and financial reporting for management
n
nnResearch and resolve costing and ERP-related issues
n
nnMaintain accurate costing data and documentation
n
nnExperience in product costing, cost accounting, or manufacturing finance
n
nnUnderstanding of standard costs, variances, and cost drivers
n
nnExperience analyzing material, labor, and overhead costs
n
nnExperience supporting month-end close in a manufacturing environment
n
nnStrong Excel and financial analysis skills
n
nnExperience with a major ERP system; SAP S/4HANA strongly preferred
n
nnOracle or another major ERP will be considered with strong product costing experience
n
nnAbility to work independently and collaborate with plant and corporate teams
n
nnStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
