This a Direct Hire position!
Compensation Range: $70k-$80k

What You Will Be Doing:
Lead and prioritize the work of the Drafting Manager and Drafting Team, ensuring engineering activities align with project schedules and business needs.
Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Quality, and Sales to resolve technical challenges and support business objectives.
Evaluate existing products and processes to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, quality, and cost savings.
Support the successful transition of new products into manufacturing while providing day-to-day engineering support in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Bring:
An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related technical field.
At least 1 year of experience in engineering, product design, drafting, manufacturing, or a related technical field.
Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD, with the ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teams.
