A leader in the EdTech industry is hiring a UX/UI Designer in New Rochelle, NY for a full time direct hire position, onsite five days a week.

UX/UI Designer Perks:
Salary range of $80,000 to $120,000, based on experience.
Full time direct hire opportunity.
Meaningful work that improves teacher instruction and student learning.
Collaboration with UX/UI designers, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
Ownership of a component driven Figma design system.
UX/UI Designer Requirements:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in user experience or a related field.
3+ years of experience in UX/UI design or a similar role.
Online portfolio that showcases UX/UI projects and design process.
Advanced Figma expertise.
Preferred: Experience in educational or curriculum publishing, plus Adobe Creative Cloud, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Agile, and Jira.
UX/UI Designer Responsibilities:
Turn content requirements into engaging, interactive educational experiences.
Translate UX research into clear information architecture and interface designs.
Maintain and manage a Figma based design system.
Keep design identity and user experience patterns consistent across multiple applications within one platform.
Present work to product owners, leadership, and executives, and apply feedback through iteration.
