Job description
Light is hiring its second Product Designer in Austin, TX. You will own the entire research-to-production design process across verticals and market expansion, partnering closely with the design lead to raise the quality bar through ongoing critique.
You'll research categories customers haven’t explored, identify moments that drive commitment to an energy plan, and shape the design culture at Light as it scales. This role blends hands-on design with strategic direction.
