Product Development Assistant – B&B
Position Type: Full-Time/ Onsite
Pay Range: 45-50 K
Job Department: Skincare, Men’s Grooming, and Bath Products
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will be the connection between the production processes. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are a must. Must be able to organize and maintain data in a clear and efficient way. The ability to work with multiple managers with clear communication is key.

Efficient knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft suite
Retail math and analytical skills
Ability to work with a dynamic team and quickly pick up shorthand communication
Experience in international negotiations
Strong understanding of negotiating including leveraging quantities, timing, and future orders
Ability to build and sustain relationships with suppliers
Understanding of market dynamics and business judgment
Realistic expectation of suppliers’ capabilities, including weaknesses
Perform other duties as assigned.

0-2+ years’ experience in a production-related role preferred.
