I’m working with a manufacturer that’s growing fast and needs another engineer who wants to build new things, not babysit old ones. You’d take products from a blank screen to the production floor and see your designs come to life.
What your week looks like
Working directly with customers to figure out what they actually need, then designing it
Getting hands-on with prototypes and testing, not just handing off drawings
Solving the tricky problems when a design and the shop floor disagree
Sharing your ideas with leadership that actually listens and acts on them

You’re a fit if you have
A mechanical engineering degree and 3+ years of new product development in a manufacturing setting
Real experience designing formed metal parts and building flat patterns
Strong 3D CAD skills (SolidWorks or Creo)
Projects you’ve owned start to finish
