Job description

Coated Products Division seeks a Product Development Engineer to create and optimize custom coated papers and films for medical, electronics, automotive, and industrial applications. In this role, you will design formulations, run lab experiments, and support pilot and production coating trials from concept through commercialization. You will collaborate closely with operations, quality, and sales to define specifications, solve technical problems, and support demanding, regulated customers. This position offers hands-on exposure to coating technologies, performance testing, and continuous improvement in a collaborative, customer-focused environment.
