nWe’re seeking Sales Associates / Product Educators who are passionate about helping families find the right products for their growing families. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys educating soon-to-be parents, building meaningful customer relationships, and creating a welcoming in-store experience.

nPosition Details
nRole: Sales Associate / Product Educator
nPay: $20-$23 per hour
nSchedule: Full time & Part Time
nOpenings: 2 positions available
nRequired Availability
nCandidates must be available to work: Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
nKey Responsibilities
nGreet and assist customers by identifying their needs and guiding them throughout the store
nDeliver an exceptional shopping experience from start to finish
nProvide detailed product knowledge and in-store demonstrations
nEducate customers on baby gear and essentials for soon-to-be caregivers/parents and growing families
nHelp maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
nAssist with inventory tasks, including receiving, pricing, and restocking merchandise
nContribute to our social media presence on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
nRemain self-motivated and productive during slower periods
nSkills & Qualifications
nPrior sales or customer service experience preferred
nBaby gear knowledge is a plus, but not required (training is provided)
nFriendly, personable, and energetic with strong communication skills
nPassion for learning new products and educating customers
nAbility to multitask and thrive in a retail environment
nSelf-motivated with strong self-awareness and initiative
nAbility to build and maintain strong customer relationships
nMust be willing and able to lift 25–35 lbs occasionally
nEducation
nHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred
