Resolve design and production questions, including changes discovered during fabrication.

Coordinate with sales, project teams, and production to clarify requirements and keep projects moving.

Maintain drawings, specifications, and other engineering documentation as designs change.

Requirements

What we're looking for

A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Product Design, or a related technical field, or equivalent relevant experience .

Experience using CAD software to create detailed drawings and models.

Experience in product engineering, manufacturing, cabinetry, furniture, construction products, or a related field.

The ability to read drawings, work through technical details, and solve practical production problems.

Clear communication and a willingness to spend time with the people building the product.

Experience with custom millwork is a plus, but it is not required.
