Product Install SpecialistWeatherTech Direct is seeking a well-qualified Product Install Specialist to install products in our customer's vehicles and provide product information. Schedules will vary and will include one or both weekend daysThis is a great opportunity to join the WeatherTech Direct team!As a Product Install Specialist you willInstall a variety of recently purchased after-market products in our customer's vehiclesEstablish service by studying our showroom system requirements; gather any necessary products and tools; complete installationPreserve rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniquesMaintain customer satisfaction by completing service in a timely mannerInform customers about the installation process, and product maintenanceStay informed about any new products and installation requirementsClean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations including all established department policies and proceduresInteract with customers when applicableProvide timely feedback to management regarding service failures or customer concernsWork a varied schedule consisting of day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday hoursPerform other duties as assignedQualified Candidates willHave at least 6 months of experience installing products in vehiclesHave a High School Diploma or equivalentWork a varied schedule including evenings and weekendsMaintain a friendly and helpful attitude and demeanor that represents the company in a positive light at all timesPossess excellent interpersonal and communication skillsHave great attendance and punctualityBe an excellent performer; deliver high quality results consistentlyDemonstrate a high level of professionalism and a positive attitudeBe authorized to work in the United StatesWhy you'll love working at WeatherTechWeatherTech is proud to offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package, opportunities for internal promotions and skill development, and a clean and safe work space.
