Your Mission
Bridge revolutionary vision with market reality: Take breakthrough ideas and ensure they achieve massive market acceptance
Interface deeply with customers: Constantly engage with users, venues, and partners to validate and refine our approach
Lead the troops: Ensure alignment with CEO and business team and oversee rapid execution of product iterations with the engineering team, uncanny skill to communicate and get everyone on board with a clear vision
Lead systematic iteration: Run rapid experimentation cycles to find product-market fit

Perfect For You If You
Have 2-4 years of product management experience and are hungry to prove what you can do
Are obsessed with customer research and bridging the gap between vision and market
Have very good taste in product and extremely savvy with AI tools to prototype
Can rapidly iterate and experiment to find what actually works in the real world
Deep technical acumen and ability to collaborate with both business team andengineers to adequate estimate, schedule, and align interests
Want to be in constant contact with customers and deeply understand their needs
Are looking for your big break with serious equity upside and rapid career growth
The Package
Base: $100K-$120K
Total Comp: $140K-$170K with performance bonuses tied to market acceptance
