Dow invites applications for a Counsel in its Litigation group, with preferred placement in Midland, MI, and consideration for Houston, TX. The role covers broad litigation management for Dow and affiliates, including asbestos personal injury and product liability matters.
The candidate will independently advise clients, manage external counsel, draft and review documents, and contribute to case strategy and settlements. Domestic relocation may be available.
