Job description
Dow has an exciting opportunity for a Counsel in its Litigation group. The preferred location is Midland, MI, but Houston, TX will also be considered.
Your assignment will include litigation management for Dow and its affiliated companies, including asbestos personal injury litigation and other product liability matters. You will provide legal counsel, mentor staff, manage external counsel, oversee discovery, and set strategy for cases, while ensuring practical business collaboration and budget
