Dow seeks a seasoned Counsel in its Litigation group, with preferred placement in Midland, MI, or Houston, TX. You will manage Dow and affiliates’ litigation, including product liability and asbestos-related matters, while leading internal and external teams.
The role requires a JD/LLM, 7+ years’ experience, and bar admission status. Domestic relocation is available, with a broad benefits program and opportunities to influence case strategy and outcomes.
