Dow, a leading materials science company, seeks a Counsel for its Litigation group. The preferred location is Midland, MI, with Houston, TX also considered.

Responsibilities include managing Dow’s litigation portfolio, supervising external counsel, and driving settlement strategies across diverse cases. The role requires a JD/LLM, 7+ years of experience, bar admission or eligibility, and travel up to 25% annually.
