Job description
Dow has an exciting opportunity for a Counsel in its Litigation group. The preferred location is Midland, MI, but Houston, TX will also be considered. Your assignment will include litigation management for Dow and its affiliated companies.
This will include a wide range of litigation including Union Carbide Corporation's asbestos personal injury litigation, and other product liability litigation. Dow will require you to independently provide legal counsel, manage external counsel and experts,
