Job description
For our client, we are seeking a Product Management Senior Director to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.
This leader will guide product strategy for enterprise automation capabilities that move from early exploration into broad production use. The role will partner closely with customers and engineering to shape a roadmap that balances innovation, adoption, reliability, and measurable business value. It is well suited for a hands‑on product executive who can make complex investment decisions and bring clarity to ambiguous opportunities.
Location: New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $263,200 – $401,400 annually
Responsibilities
Collaborate with enterprise customers to identify and prioritize automation opportunities
Work with engineering to transition workflows from exploration to production
Differentiate customer needs from those that justify core product investments
Define metrics for customer value such as time savings and reliability
Develop and communicate product vision and roadmap
Determine focus areas based on customer value and ease of adoption
Establish usability and trust criteria for the technology
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful product launch
Qualifications
5-7 years of product management experience in enterprise software or AI-powered products
Demonstrated ability to take a product from ambiguity to production adoption
Technical fluency and capability to engage with engineers on product specifics
Experience collaborating directly with customers to drive product decisions
Proven track record in making complex product roadmap and investment decisions
Desire to maintain a hands‑on approach to product testing and development
