Product Manager
We are recruiting for a highly skilled Product Manager to join our client company's Digital team that is transforming the way customers, suppliers, sales, service, and trade development organizations interact through innovative digital experiences. As the Product Manager – Liquid Program, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the primary platform the Trade Development organization uses to establish, manage, distribute, and track supplier sales goals while connecting seamlessly with other digital sales solutions.
In this role, you will serve as the Product Owner for the Liquid platform, partnering closely with the Product Owner of a sister application to deliver an integrated user experience. Working alongside engineering, design, architecture, and data science teams, you will build AI-enabled capabilities that automate workflows, personalize user interactions, and transform thousands of monthly sales goals into actionable direction for the commercial organization.
This is a highly collaborative role requiring close partnership with leaders across Sales, Finance, Trade Development, and Technology to create scalable, user-centered digital products that improve commercial planning and execution.
Responsibilities
Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Liquid platform, ensuring alignment with commercial business objectives
Serve as the Product Owner, managing and prioritizing the product backlog while partnering with the Product Owner of a sister application to deliver connected experiences
Translate user needs and business priorities into intuitive, end-to-end digital solutions that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Trade Development teams
Drive product delivery by working closely with engineering, UX/design, architecture, and data science teams throughout the product lifecycle
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Trade Development leaders to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure alignment with organizational goals
Define, prioritize, and validate new features using a test-and-learn approach, leveraging customer feedback, analytics, and business metrics
Build AI-powered capabilities that automate manual processes, personalize user experiences, and improve commercial planning workflows
Establish and monitor success metrics focused on reducing planning effort, increasing adoption, and improving operational efficiency
Foster strong communication and cross-functional collaboration to ensure product priorities are well understood and successfully executed
Requirements
5+ years of Product Management or Product Owner experience, including ownership of product strategy, roadmaps, and backlog management
Demonstrated experience owning and driving a product roadmap from concept through delivery
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering across business and technology organizations
Experience leading technical product delivery while working closely with engineering, UX/design, and architecture teams in an Agile environment
Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into prioritized product features and user-centric solutions
Strong analytical mindset with experience using data, customer feedback, and product metrics to guide decision-making
Experience with Agile product management tools such as Jira and Miro is preferred
Experience with AI-enabled products, workflow automation, enterprise SaaS platforms, or commercial planning solutions is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent product management certification is preferred
