Job description
Winchester is seeking a Product Manager in Clayton, MO to lead strategy and performance of assigned product categories from concept to commercialization. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Manufacturing to launch new products, align production with demand, and drive profitable growth.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years in product development or sales, and knowledge of firearms and ammunition.
