Job description
BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a seasoned product manager to lead personalized promotions across member experiences. You’ll build an offer bank and dynamic decisioning for offers based on propensity scores and business priorities.
You will collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, Data Science, Digital, and IT to balance member relevance with promotional economics and ensure consistent execution across channels. The role is hybrid with in-office Marlborough, MA days and remote flexibility.
