Job description
A leading health lifestyle brand in San Francisco is seeking a Product Manager for Member Lifestyle Experience. You will design and own the member journey from first interaction through long-term engagement. This role combines experience design, behavioral psychology, and product strategy to craft engaging, premium experiences. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing, UX or design, and must be customer obsessed, responsible, and detail-oriented. You will collaborate closely with Product, Growth, and Design teams to enhance member activation, engagement, and retention.
