Job description
Blue Shield of CA is looking for a Product Manager, Consultant to lead the Smart Communications suite of products and enhance the member experience. This role requires strong collaboration with stakeholders, process optimization skills, and a minimum of 6 years in Product Management. Candidates should have a background in business, finance, or public health, and experience with Smart Communications products is preferred.
This position follows a hybrid work model, requiring in-office attendance for collaboration two days a week, while considering individual circumstances.
