Product Manager - Industrial Location: Fairfield, NJ Salary: $110,000-$125,000 Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire Work Arrangement: On-Site Position Summary Our client is seeking a Product Manager - Industrial to own the Industrial product portfolio and product roadmap for the North American market. This position combines product management, technical product expertise, customer engagement, market research, and cross-functional collaboration. The Product Manager will manage products throughout their full lifecycle, from market research and business case development through product launch, commercialization, performance tracking, and discontinuation. This individual will also serve as a technical resource for sales, engineering, customer service, marketing, and customers. The ideal candidate will have experience with industrial electrical products, electro-mechanical assemblies, wiring devices, electrical components, or UL 508A panel shop environments. Key Responsibilities Product Management & Lifecycle Own the Industrial product roadmap and new product pipeline. Manage products through the full lifecycle, including market research, business case development, requirements, launch, commercialization, performance tracking, and discontinuation. Gather voice-of-customer, market, and competitive intelligence to prioritize product development. Evaluate opportunities based on feasibility, profitability, customer needs, and strategic fit. Support product positioning, pricing strategy, and go-to-market planning. Technical Product Expertise Serve as a subject matter expert for the Industrial product portfolio. Provide technical guidance and application support to sales, customer service, marketing, engineering, and customers.
