Job description
Blue Origin is seeking a Product Manager, User Experience, to own the complete experience layer for the TeraWave service. You will bridge commercial onboarding, daily network operations, and renewal interactions with a focus on deliberate, responsive customer touchpoints.
You will define requirements for customer-facing interfaces, API access, and SLA dashboards, while collaborating with design, network engineers, and enterprise IT teams to deliver a seamless experience.
