About the Role

The Product Operations & Enablement Manager will help drive operational excellence across the Global Product organization while partnering closely with Innovation. Standardize product development processes where an enterprise approach adds value while preserving flexibility across product contexts

Define and report operational and enterprise metrics that show product team effectiveness and efficiency

Partner with Innovation to implement frameworks, templates, and tools that support portfolio visibility, planning, governance, and execution

Track innovation initiative progress, surface risks and dependencies, and connect outcomes to leadership priorities

Create executive-ready communications that translate product and innovation work into clear business updates

Manage operating cadences such as portfolio reviews, status reporting, risk management, decision logs, and escalation routes

Connect product strategy to execution across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Global Product Operations, and Innovation

Requirements

5+ years in product operations, product management, business operations, or a related field

Experience designing and implementing scalable processes that improve team efficiency

Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize and interpret quantitative and qualitative product data

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder-ready narratives

Experience managing product tools such as Aha!, Jira, Pendo, Productboard, or similar

Ability to work cross-functionally and influence outcomes without direct authority

Comfort with ambiguity and matrixed organizations; able to structure early-stage or fast-moving work

Experience with AI-assisted workflows, rapid experimentation, or design thinking
