Kodiak is hiring a product operations manager in Lancaster, Texas to connect product and engineering work with field operations. The role owns mechanisms and processes that help the autonomous trucking operation scale.
This is a field-facing product operations job rather than a desk-only product role. The person will need to understand what operators need, how engineering changes land in practice, and where better process design can make autonomous freight deployments more reliable.
What you would work on
Build scalable product operations processes for Kodiak's Lancaster deployment hub
Connect product and engineering teams with operations and field feedback
Design mechanisms that help new operational workflows launch and improve
Track issues, adoption, and process gaps that affect autonomous trucking execution
Help turn deployment lessons into better product and operational decisions
