Job description
DGS Office of External Affairs is seeking a Product Owner to champion the user experience across Maryland's Family and Medical Leave Insurance (FAMLI) digital platform. Reporting to the Director of Product Management, you will coordinate cross-functional delivery teams using agile methods to prioritize and deliver digital services for workers, employers, and FAMLI staff.
You will monitor vendor activities, ensure consistent user experience across channels, and continuously refine priorities
