Job description
Highmark Health is seeking a Product Performance Measurement leader within the Product and Health Experience (PHE) organization. This role partners with product managers, business leaders and analytics teams to define, measure and communicate product success across an assigned portfolio.
The role establishes performance frameworks, identifies KPIs, monitors outcomes and delivers actionable insights to guide strategy and investment decisions.
